Terms of Service | Boba & Cars

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bobaandcars.com or registering for any Boba & Cars event, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or register for events.

2. Event Registration

Registration is $50 per vehicle and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only 20 vehicle registration spots are available per event.
A spot is only confirmed upon receipt of paid registration through PayPal.
Registration includes a Silog breakfast (Tocino or Longanisa), a boba drink, a commemorative t-shirt, $25 Quickly Benicia gift card, and Quickly tote bag.
Registration closes on the day prior to the event or when all spots are filled.

3. Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. In the event of cancellation by the organizer, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to the next scheduled event.

4. Event Conduct

All participants and attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Quickly Benicia reserves the right to remove any individual or vehicle from the event premises for disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.

5. Voting and Judging

The Best of Show winner is determined solely by customer voting. Each customer receives three (3) voting tickets. Results are final and determined by vote count. In the event of a tie, the organizer will determine the tiebreaker method at their discretion.

6. Liability

Quickly Benicia and Boba & Cars are not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of vehicles or personal property during the event. Participants display vehicles at their own risk. Attendees participate in all activities, including the lumpia eating contest, at their own risk.

7. Photography and Media

By attending or registering for a Boba & Cars event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These images may be used on the bobaandcars.com website, social media, and promotional materials.
